1. Returns
Due to the spiritual and personal nature of Rudraksha products, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered, except in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged product received
- Defective item received
2. Return Request Process
To request a return or replacement, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Clear product images
- Proper description of the issue
Requests made after the mentioned timeframe may not be accepted.
3. Refunds
Once the issue is verified by our support team, refunds or replacements will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be credited through the original payment method used during purchase.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Used or damaged products after delivery
- Customized or personalized items
- Products returned without original packaging
- Items damaged due to improper handling by the customer
5. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
6. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from our side.
